Hi!
I'm David T. Knight also known as other stuff...good/bad, several. As a new year approaches, it would seem redeeming that I attempt an overhaul change on my life. We don't get to train in one life only to live another one in a higher standard of quality. Let's start the show--->>>
I believe that life is comprised of four integral subsytems:
A. Spiritual Content
B. Finanacial Stability
C. Physical Makeup
D. Emotional Content
When these are in good shape separately, they form together to produce one superior product. If any of these individual components deteriorate, they can mess up additional components or a person's entire existence. My focus is on the physical aspect and I want to be able to help other people accomplish similar goals. From time to time, I will add separate thoughts on A, B, C, and D. Honestly, I will probably stay away from B. LORD knows I am not the right person to be handing out advice on that category.
Presently, I am out of shape. I have a big gutt, sloppy man boobs, extra chin, 240 pounds, five foot nine and I lost my dinger underneath my stomach. NO! It is not looking good for the home team. However, we are staging a comeback and it will hgappen. I really do feel confident and the other thing is that it would be fair to say that I must be dedicated and willing to sacrifice.
Sacrifice. What does this mean? No more pints of Newcastle, Bass Ale, Dos Equis, shots of Patron, Rumpleminz, black and milds. Okay, we're not done, yet. Cheeseburgers, french fries, tenderloins, deep dish pizza, chocolate pie, other forms of chocolate are okay. ;-)
Basic Premises:
Four days of cardiovascular exercise. I am shooting for one hour per session. If I can't run, I'll walk.
Four weight lifting sessions per week broken into the following categories:
- Chest & Biceps
- Legs
- Back & Triceps
- Shoulders & Traps
Water Intake: 100 ounces per day...constant pee pee breaks
No more pizza and burgers, instead, fish, chicken, turkey....yuckee, but it needs to happen.
Snag some supplements--->>>>http://Addocare.com
Proper rest.
Get a job.
